The overlapping figures and fragmented features represent the way memories can shift and intertwine over time. Some details remain vivid, while others become distorted, leaving behind an emotion rather than a clear image. The bold colours and expressive forms give shape to something that cannot easily be put into words.
The artist intentionally leaves the meaning open. The painting is not meant to tell one particular story, but to allow each viewer to connect it with their own experiences of remembering, longing, and feeling.
